Bookings
?How do I make a booking?
The process is 100% online and transparent. Select your dates in our search box, choose any extras you need, fill in your details and complete the payment to confirm your trip.
?What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. Between 30 and 15 days we retain 50%. Less than 15 days, there is no refund. No small print.
?Is there a security deposit?
At pick-up we will charge a security deposit to your credit card to cover the insurance excess. After the vehicle is returned, if everything is in order, the deposit is refunded within 48 hours. In the event of an accident or damage, the deposit is held until the garage assesses the cost.
The Vehicle
?What does the rental include?
Our motorhome comes fully equipped: a complete kitchen set, bed linen, fully comprehensive insurance with a €600 excess, 24/7 assistance and mileage (unlimited for rentals of 5 days or more, or 800 km for 3-day rentals).
?Is it hard to drive?
Not at all! It's longer and taller than a car (typically around 7 metres long), but you get used to it very quickly. A category B licence is more than enough.
?What about emptying and filling the tanks?
We explain EVERYTHING on day one. Fresh water lasts 2-3 days depending on use. Emptying is done at designated service areas. It's a simple, quick process.
During the Trip
?Can I travel with pets?
Absolutely. We're pet-friendly. Pets are allowed at no extra cost. Just let us know when you book.
?Is there roadside assistance?
You have 24/7 assistance throughout Europe. If any mechanical problem comes up, you call us and the insurer so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.
?Parking vs. overnight stays
Parking and staying overnight are NOT the same thing (nor is camping). You can park and sleep inside wherever it is legally permitted. Putting out chairs, the awning or other items is only allowed at campsites or designated areas.
